I have worked on AI features for Instagram’s messaging product, Direct, since 2023, including the first design spec of Meta AI chat. Other notable, public-facing projects include AI themes, AI stickers, AI character chats, and so on.

In parallel, I have championed craft work with my design system partners at Instagram. A few utility features I launched in Direct were Edit Messages and Delete Messages. Prior to my time at Direct, I worked on Messenger’s contact manager and helped push the context menu system forward.
